My personalised Wellness & Workout programmes designed to empower you to make your health and wellbeing goals a reality.

By giving you the structure of a workout or habit programme to follow, made with you in mind, I'll help you to stay consistent and on track.

How It Works
To get started, book your 60-minute consultation via this checkout page.

The questions in the booking form will help me to get an understanding of what support you are looking for from me. I will then send an additional questionnaire based on your initial form, if I feel it is in needed.

We use the consultation call to get a deeper understanding of your goals, where you are right now and where you want to go. After our call, a remaining fee of €150 is paid to finalise your wellness or workout program, which I will then create for you and send to you via the Kajabi Portal.

You'll then gain exclusive access to your personalised program, lifetime access to my Women's Wellness Workshop & Habit Tracker Bundle, and secure storage through Kajabi.

1:1 COACHING PACKAGES

If you are interested in a bespoke Coaching bundle, we use the consultation call to get a deeper understanding of your goals, where you are right now and where you want to go. We'll use this consultation to help me pick the best personalised package for you.

How It Works

After our call, I'll send you a link to sign-up for your bespoke package and we get set up with our monthly or fortnightly calls, weekly WhatsApp support and all additional bonus materials.

You'll then gain exclusive access to your personalised habit tracker and programme, lifetime access to bonus materials and mini-courses that support you and your goals.

This initial assessment call acts as a deposit for the 3 Month Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching/Fertility Awareness Package or gives you 25% off your first 8 Week Programme
