- A swanky google sheet which is interactive and structured in a way to really help you get to grips with where you want to go and how to get there.
- A printable PDF for the analogue of us out there. This is better suited for those who like to use pen and paper.
I've also added a list of suggested habits along with a case study for you to use as an example. Please note that I have added my own example in the digital habit tracker for you to follow along with as you build out your goals and habits.
